About The Book
Pharmacy Council of India has prescribed the subject entitled Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence, which was earlier designated as Forensic Pharmacy. The course has a greater focus on current aspects of pharmaceutical laws in India. It has assumed global importance because India has made a significant contribution in the world market of drugs and pharmaceuticals as well as cosmetics and medical devices.
Out of total 45 hours assigned to Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence course, the major part (20 hours) is devoted to Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules.
