 About The Book

Though the Pharmaceutical Chemistry curriculum has remained unchanged and the Education Regulations 1991 prescribed by the Pharmacy Council of India, remains the guiding roadmap in shaping this book, yet from time to time revisions of Indian Pharmacopeia (IP) has encouraged us to revise the book in 2004, which was reprinted nine times and now the third edition is out in 2013.

The present edition has been aligned with the Indian Pharmacopeia 2010.
